At the Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative (TRAI), we are looking for a digital marketing expert to join our mission of growing Turkey’s AI ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to manage brand awareness, audience acquisition, and demand generation processes.
- Develop conversion-focused and data-driven marketing strategies through effective campaigns across digital channels (social media ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
- Design and implement user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, monitor performance, and continuously improve campaign results.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Create regular reports and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Contribute to AI-focused content production and strengthen TRAI’s digital presence.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing,
- Proficient in English,
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach,
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; a team player,
- Open to innovation, interested in technology, and particularly enthusiastic about artificial intelligence.
- Experience or interest in content planning and coordination with creative teams is a plus.
