Yasemin Oguz is the CEO and co-founder of Kaizen Intelligence and Pusula.ai. She has master’s degrees in machine learning from University of California Berkeley and Koc University, Turkey. She is an expert in artificial intelligence with 18 years of experience and 10+ publications, cited by many. She worked as a Senior Data Scientist for Cisco Systems Talos Group for 12 years where she developed machine learning algorithms for preventing cyber-attacks, which are used by millions of people all around the world. Yasemin is a philanthropist and environmental activist.  Her positivity and upbeat attitude are contagious. She founded Pusula.ai in 2020 and Kaizen Intelligence in 2022 to fight against climate change by reducing carbon emissions using the latest advances in deep learning and to leave a better planet for the next generations.
