Hayriye Karadeniz

Mrs. Karadeniz graduated from the Computer Science Engineering Department of Istanbul University in 1995 and completed Marmara University Education and Charity Foundation and Contemporary Management Techniques program in 1996-1997.

Before graduated from the university, she started her career at Ford Otosan as a long-term intern in 1994. She served in different roles at Information Technology Department. During the period of 2011-2012, she managed Cargo Business Processes. In 2012, she was assigned as the Information Technologies Director. She was appointed as the CDO (Chief Digital Officer), was responsible for the Company’s Digital Transformation in 2016, and became “Türkiye’s first assigned CDO”.  In addition, she has been serving the Koç Group as a Corporate Coach since 2013, she took an active role in the Corporate Agile Transformation process at Ford Otosan and supported the transformation as an Executive Agile Coach.

In line with the aim of giving support to new developing technological approaches and being a part of those organizations, she has been advisory member of Blockchain Türkiye, Türkiye Artificial Intelligence platforms,Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative (TRAI) and the Vice Chairman of the Women in Technology Association.

She continues her professional career at Ford Otosan as CDO and Digital Products& Services Leader. She is married and has 2 beautiful children.
