TRAI Activities

To develop artificial intelligence in Turkey, our beloved country, it is imperative that we share knowledge and experience of experts working in this field. The Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative (TRAI) organizes seminars, workshops, meetups, summits, webinars and offers training courses to transfer the knowledge and experience of experts working in the field of artificial intelligence. Through our efforts, TRAI also aims to direct the attention of the press, decision and policy makers, and society as a whole toward the benefits of “artificial intelligence”.

TRAI Meet-Up

TRAI Meet-ups are held on the third Wednesday of every month between 6 pm and 8 pm, open to all and free of charge. Due to COVID-19, TRAI Meet-Ups have been broadcasted live through the TRAI YouTube Channel. Independent initiatives, academics, public and private sector representatives, students, the press and any concerned individual are eligible to attend TRAI Meetups.

TRAI Summit

TRAI Summit is the largest artificial intelligence events in Turkey. TRAI Summit covers artificial intelligence use cases from vairous sectors. TRAI Summit gathers together private sector companies, start-ups, academics, and AI experts. Besides, TRAI Summit offers talks, workshops, stand areas, and networking opportunities among different parties.

TR AI Week 2020

TRAI Week (Turkey Artificial Intelligence Week) occured online between 19-23 October 2020. There were more than 110 speakers representing Turkey’s leading companies, global technology giants, and artificial intelligence start-ups. Domestic and global use cases were discussed by the professionals not only from Turkey, but all over the world.

Artificial Intelligence Awareness Seminar

The Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative, as stated in its mission, aims to create awareness on what can be done with artificial intelligence in society. In this context, TRAI gives stimulating seminars on the meaning of discussing artificial intelligence; specifically, competitive advantage, value creation, value added.

TRAI Demo-Day

The Turkish Artificial Intelligence Initiative, at the request of institutions, brings together startups that provide artificial intelligence solutions, and private sector representatives seeking smart solutions to their specific problems. In this way, institutions can meet with candidates that provide solutions to organizational needs. Additionally, associated startups can directly access the top decision makers of their potential customers.

TRAI Webinar

Turkey Artificial Intelligence Initiative organizes webinars in areas related to artificial intelligence. In general, webinar topics are prepared by considering the demands of TRAI member companies.

Datathon- Hackathon

TRAI organizes Datathon-Hacktatons to seek solutions to companies' problems, support company employee brand value, and identify talent in the ecosystem.
