To increase the number of women working and entrepreneurs in technology by supporting young women in developing their competencies and skills in artificial intelligence and data science in the business world transformed by digitalization.<\/p>

Within the framework of this mission, TRAI develops collaborations with different institutions to provide young women with training in artificial intelligence and to develop their competencies, supporting their participation in employment in this field.<\/p>

Why Women in AI is important: <\/strong>We can provide some statistics here.<\/p>

  • Only 22% of professionals working in artificial intelligence worldwide are women.<\/li>
  • The interest in STEM among girls aged 12 to 15 decreases by 50%.<\/li>
  • Companies that are egalitarian in gender diversity have 25% higher performance potential compared to their competitors.<\/li>
  • By 2030, there could be a shortage of more than 85 million technology workers worldwide.<\/li><\/ul>
